As a result of growth and structural reorganisation within the HR team, we are pleased to advertise the role of HR Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position at our Keysborough campus, commencing March 2020. About the role: We are seeking a HR Coordinator with strong process-orientation and administration skills to provide support to the HR team across areas such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, remuneration & benefits, employee policies and offboarding. The HR Coordinator will be systems savvy and play a lead role in ensuring that our HR systems act as “sources of truth” for employee data and metrics. This newly created role will also provide support to our Payroll Manager, ensuring that data is accurate in order to process the fortnightly and monthly pay runs. The HR Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for queries from both Teaching and Corporate Services staff on HR issues, ensuring consistency and information sharing across the team and their respective campuses. We are looking for someone who enjoys detailed processes and can proactively identify and implement process improvements. Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with Sharepoint An understanding of the need for complete commitment to confidentiality Ability to form a rapport with staff and build collaborative working relationships.
