Posizione: He/She, reporting to the Plant Manager, is responsible of total quality management of plant, including internal and external audit. Key Responsibilities Supervises Quality Control of finished Products Supervises and manages claims Maintains Quality System ISO 9001 and compliance to other applicable regulations, taking care of the update of documentation and supporting process mapping, Keeps good relationship with the Certifying Body Prepares and supports periodical internal audits Controls and calibrates tools Coordinates testing laboratory, plans and organizes tests for finished products, defining Junction Parameters for Belts (JDS), through the use of SAP Quality module Supports R&D and Process Engineering to define and review tests Defines control plans in production Prepares monthly report about quality Guarantees continuous improvement process Supports supplier analysis by defining quality specifications Leads supplier audits Collects declaration of conformity from suppliers Defines standard operating procedure for incoming goods Manages GMP Certification process for Food Contact Materials in terms of procedures, documentation and controls, in collaboration with R&D Manager and Plant Manager Takes care of the harmonization between Quality System and Corporate Business Process Manual Requisiti: Education: Degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Chemistry or similar technical degrees Skills: Knowledge of quality controls techniques for production processes Customer claims management by quality tools (8D, PDCA, problem solving, monitor of corrective actions) SAP Quality module Supplier quality management Solid experience in internal and external audits Good knowledge of methodology for continuous improvement English written and spoken Altre informazioni: Strong organizational skills Team Player Project, planning, change and time management capabilities Customer orientation Communication skills Proactive
