Job Summary JOB TITLE: Executive / Sr. Executive DEPT: HT Shine Print ad sales - Appointments REPORTS TO: AGM LOCATION: Hyderabad Responsibilities and Duties Roles & Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for developing business in a given category/categories for Shine Print. He/she will need to identify the potential in the market, and figure out means to tap into it. He/she will need to put into action various strategies defined for the overall business. He/she should have a good exposure to various sales processes. He/she should have an experience of leading a team of Managers and their teams. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS He/she will be reporting into the AGM – Shine Print. DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Primary Responsibilities): Will be responsible for the business development (Revenue, Market share, and yields) for various HT group publications. Will need to map the market for potential business. Will need to look at new avenues of growth. Should be hands-on on various sales tools e.g. Market share, yields etc Key Skills Should have good knowledge of handling Appointment sales from Print/digital media, Should be good at Negotiation, Creative thinking, problem solving Required Experience and Qualifications Experience - SHould have min 3 yrs of experience Qualification - Should be graduate Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹450,000.00 to ₹500,000.00 /year Experience: work: 4 years (Required) total work: 3 years (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Benefits: Health insurance Provident fund (PF) Paid leaves / Leave encashment Travel allowance Phone / Internet reimbursement Industry: Media & Communications
