Role - SALES DIRECTOR c£45,000 plus unlimited bonus package OTE £80,000 1 x SALES DIRECTOR FOR Maidenhead Office 1 x SALES DIRECTOR FOR Reading Office My client is an innovative leader in their field. Due to rapid growth they are looking for two Sales Directors for their Maidenhead and Reading offices. As a Sales Director you will develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations. Our client offers a structured career for the right candidate. Duties & Responsibilities This role will involve growing the business within your area by managing the sales team to their full potential You will have a proven track record in securing new business and love building relationships. Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area Maximise revenues opportunities and grow the business Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets Manage performance of employees through regular meetings Skills & Experience At least 3 year's previous experience within Estate Agency Proven sales experience Experience of working to sales targets Understanding of the sales process Be target driven Be able to work effectively managing a team Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Benefits Car park permit provided.
