New Greenfields role The Company My client is one of the most exciting and forward moving dealerships in Waikato and Auckland. With 250 employees, the time has come to engage a full time HR Business Partner to drive, coach and guide the business in best practice people outcomes. The Role In this role, your key responsibilities will be to provide HR services and support across the Winger business from Hamilton and north including sites at Pukekohe, Greenlane and North Shore. The role will also initially provide support to the Wellington branch. The role is a new one and as such you will initially audit existing practices and develop a plan of action to implement best practice. You will provide generalist HR services; developing and delivering solutions and advice; coaching and mentoring Managers; and project work as required. As part of the Management team, you will work closely with senior leaders to get the best out of their people. To be successful in this role you will have had exposure to the full breadth of HR generalist practices and be passionate about the delivery of HR services that demonstrate best practice. The Person To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has: A tertiary qualification in HR; Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills; A record of success in the provision of generalist HR advice and support to both Managers and employees in a medium to large organisation; Solid numeracy skills and the ability to use metrics to identify and drive forward on opportunities and create business cases; Communication skills that are highly developed which are used to persuade, negotiate and influence the business; Strong relationship management skills; Strategic agility and future orientation; Commitment to and proven ability to develop and implement quality service improvement processes to foster strong working relationships and employee engagement.
