Responsible for the full spectrum of strategic HR function including payroll, L&D, recruitment and compensation and benefits Provide HR advisory and support to business units Managed the full performance management, benefits and compensation Manage full recruitment process including creation of job descriptions, job positing, selection, interview, salary proposals, job offer, onboarding and orientation Responsible for office administration, facilities and support in setting up for new hires computers Liaison with IT outsourced vendor for IT issues Requirement At least 3 years' experience in Human Resource. Experienced in managing recruitment, performance management and payroll.
