Summary of Position: The Project Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all project related materials for installation, (warehoused) equipment and installation tools are managed, coordinated and received in a good and efficient order on site coming from the warehouse(s) and/or field location(s) as well as in between different tanks during on-site installation. The Project Logistics Coordinator will support successful project execution by coordinating and managing timely availability of installation materials on site, arranging installation support (i.e. cranes, trucks, forklifts) related to the projects installation Scope of Work and supporting the TA and the Site Construction Manager therein. The Project Logistics Coordinator will communicate with the TA(s) and Site Construction Manager as well as with warehouse manager to identify, arrange and where needed possibly resolve any logistical issues as well as determining solutions and improvements to prevent future logistical inefficiency (either in warehousing, transportation or on-site logistical movements during installation works). The Project Logistics Coordinator is the first point of contact within the Project Team regarding any matters on logistics, transportation and/or warehousing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Arranging timely availability of correct installation materials arriving on site from the warehouse location(s) in close coordination with TA(s) and Site Construction Manager and warehouse point-of-contact and informing project team. Arranging and guiding on-site logistics and coordination of and for installation equipment (i.e. Tripods, DOKA-system, chain hoists, etc.). and subcontracted installation modalities. Arranging transport and logistics on site for efficient execution of installation works. Logistical coordination of tool- and workshop containers on site incl. availability of installation tools (managing accounted numbers, status, quality, etc.). Managing and control of on-site warehousing facility with regards to distribution of stored items (i.e. tools. PPE). Responsible for periodic checking and certifications required of on-site equipment, containers and tools. Reporting status of tooling and equipment to Site Construction Manager and act accordingly to improve or prevent findings. Qualifications and Education Requirements: MBO and completed technical training at level 4 Responsibility skills with attention to detail. Optimization and structured way of working is required. Strong communication skills in both speaking and writing. Critical, problem solving, proactive and teamwork attitude with mentoring attitude towards quality aspects. Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office 365). Able to write, read and converse effectively in English and Dutch. Solid communication towards other parties regarding logistics related aspects with convincing and problem-solving qualities. Experience with safety and quality rules and requirements of the oil and gas industry.
