As an Associate Data Analyst you will primarily be working as part of the Local Land Charges (LLC) quality assurance team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the migration and transformation of Local Authority Local Land Charges (LLC) data into the HMLR LLC register, by evaluating the accuracy, completeness and conformance of the supplied data at a variety of predesignated check points. You will assimilate output from the quality tests, taking responsibility for confirming the data has achieved the required standard at each stage, or identifying specific areas where re-work, cleanse or additional capture is required. You will feed findings into the wider quality assurance team to identify trends and provide evidence to support recommendations and decisions across the program. Responsibilities To meet the requirements of this role you will have the ability to analyse a variety of textual and spatial datasets against defined standards. You will also be able to interpret quality standards and quality assurance outputs to identify where automated validation routines can be introduced and/or enhanced. In addition you will have experience of delivering data quality analysis based on defined requirements and are able to make actionable recommendations based on quality assurance outcomes or findings.
