Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities: The Management Trainee will undergo a 2 year program with the Company and receive on-the-job training, jobscope includes: Orders fulfillment Record, initiate and enter the orders (orders, acceptance, releasing, and special instructions) into the logistics system to ensure existing information are updated for further processing Liaise with external customers including hauliers for necessary arrangements and respond to their enquiries & requirements Assist Operations Manager to manage depot performance continually, executing job orders given by respective customers Assist Operations Manager to develop associates by providing training and coaching of junior staff so an up to date understanding of processes, policies and procedures are maintained Assist Operations Manager in all matters relating to the operations efficiency and safe utilisation of depot facilities and equipment to achieve optimum container throughput Assist Operations Manager to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including workplace safety, fostering a positive & dynamic team Maintain documentation of processes that are followed by the department Perform additional tasks as required to meet the department’s needs Requirements: Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field Pro-active, meticulous with an ‘eye’ for details. Good team player with positive work attitude. Analytical and systematic. Possess leadership qualities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
