HITT Contracting Inc. has an immediate need for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This individual will provide the highest level of strategy and advisory leadership and is integral in driving HITT’s strategic initiatives. The CHRO is responsible for executing human capital management in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company. The CHRO reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and serves on the Corporate Steering Committee, our cross functional executive leadership team. The CHRO role is continuously changing and demanding of different capabilities including: Visible Leadership & Communication – is routinely communicating and driving our company and department visions in a clear and positive manner, adjusting style and delivery as appropriate Strategic Orientation – thinks and plans at the highest level and works across the company to develop goals and plans to support HITT’s strategic direction Talent Management Expertise – demonstrated ability to attract, select, develop, and retain top talent and cultivates a high performing environment Ideation – routinely generates new solutions or changes to existing solutions to better meet the needs of the business or to capitalize on an opportunity Process Orientation – demonstrated ability to break down activities into defined process steps with clear owners in order to improve quality and/or cost and efficiency of the work product Change Management – can implement new ideas and processes while considering cultural and resource related concerns Expert Analytical & Modeling Capabilities – can direct activities to acquire and organize data, convert to information, communicate insights, and influence outcomes Systems Acumen – provides decision support and oversight for HR applications within all functions of the team Passion – generates consistent positive energy felt by those around them Teamwork – is able to work collaboratively with individuals of varying styles and backgrounds Responsibilities Provide human capital leadership to align the Company’s strategic priorities and brand to cultivate the ultimate team member experience Act as a trusted advisor to executive level leadership and demonstrate expertise in risk aversion Serve as a subject matter expert for HR compliance with regulatory and legal requirements Lead change and culture initiatives in diversity and inclusion, rewards and recognition, and organizational development Ensures program success of all areas within HR including payroll, benefits, talent management and acquisition, and learning and development through continuous review and evaluation Drive and align processes and operational efficiencies across each HR function and deliver enterprise wide as a seamless service center to the business Leverage HR technologies to predict and drive enterprise wide decisions by utilizing people analytics Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business, or a relate discipline Master’s degree preferred SPHR/PHR certification 15+ years of professional experience Experience with mid- to large-sized organizations using an HR Centers of Excellence (COE) model Demonstrated leadership capabilities at an organization with best-in-class solutions Experience in professional services industry preferred Systems implementation and optimization experience with an HRIS, LMS, ATS, etc. Knowledge of internal controls and keen sense of business acumen HITT Contracting Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer - Minorities/Females/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
