We are currently recruiting for an Adult Health and Social Care Training Consultant to work across the whole of the Cornwall and South Devon area. The role is on a full-time permanent basis. We are ideally looking for candidates that are qualified assessors, but this is not essential. Delivery of work-based qualifications to Level 5 would be an advantage. As a Training Consultant within the HIT family, you will coach and mentor learners in their workplace and online, facilitating learning and preparation for the assessment, across a range of Apprenticeships and qualifications in your relevant sector. You will work regionally, as part of a supportive team and be attached to a local office base, alongside your colleagues and line management. Given the nature of the industries we work with, you will have the flexibility to plan your working week to suit your own schedule. Be prepared for variety! You will wear many hats: educator, problem solver, brand ambassador, detective, venue coordinator, agony aunt, tech expert and most crucially, a role model.
