Job Highlights Product development in Telecommunication industry Serve for expansion of business Dynamic working environment Job Description Responsibilities: Develop and evaluate technology, customer and market trends to proactively identify market demand for ITT solutions and develop next-generation services solutions to maximize the profitability and capture new revenue sources. Enhance existing and develop new ITT solutions with HGC in-house resources or through partnering with external vendors in supporting business units for Commercial market. Plan, develop and manage new product and service rollout to ensure go-to-market, which include service delivery and support in work-flow, service provisioning, operations, management maintenance, customer service, billing, sales / pre-sales / operations staff training, etc. Effectively manage product roadmap lifecycle and strategies on priority, executive direction, pricing, product promotion, positioning, channel distribution and product profitability from technical perspective. Regularly manage and liaise with internal counterparts and vendors to maintain good relationship to ensure proper product and solution supports in order to provide high service quality standards and customer satisfactions. Requirement: Degree holder in Telecommunications, Information System, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent disciplines Cisco CCIE/CCNP certification or equivalent networking certifications is preferred At least 10+ years solid product management / Technical Pre-sales Consultancy / Operations relevant experience in Telecom or IT industries Relevant experience / knowledge in IP, and VOIP Networking, PABX/IP telephony, Internet/applications, Network security, System integration or International networking is preferred Result-oriented, highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills High proficiency in both written spoken Chinese, Putonghua and English We offer competitive salary package and career development opportunity.
