We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to work with us one of New Zealand's largest Safety Improvements projects. The Waihi to Omokoroa Project is a 4 year project aimed at improving the road safety of the Waihi to Omokoroa stretch of highway. Our site office is based in Katikati; a great location to live and work! We are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join our team and form the backbone of our office. This is an interesting, varied role, where you will work with people across our project to provide excellent administration support. Reporting to the project and commercial managers, the key responsibilities of this role include: Office Administration: Front of house duties Client Management: Assisting the project and commercial manager with communication to our client Plant & Labour: Compiling plant & labour reports and summaries Subcontractor Management: Assisting with managing our database Managing the purchase order process and reconciling materials and goods purchased for the project against supplier invoicing Working with and assisting the Project Superintendent with waged staff recruitment and labour hire as well as payroll and processing Working with and assisting the project team with training requirements H&S: Helping maintain our H&S data Ideally our preferred candidate will have the following experience: 3+ years' experience in a similar project administration role. Excellent verbal and written communicate, with strong attention to detail Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills And most of all, be a great team player We like to say working at HEB is more than just a job - it's a career.
