REPORTS TO: HR MANAGER Entry level position RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruiting: support recruitment process of blue collars and specialists' positions (job posts, CVs prescreening, phone interviews, tracking applicants, ensuring positive interview experience) Onboarding/ Exit interview: conduct onboarding for newcomers (conduct general induction, explaining compensation and benefits, explain company's HR policies and procedures, support documents fill in and signing, prepare and agree with departments onboarding training plan, conduct exit interviews) Personnel administration: processing documents and movements (1C8, corporate HR system), support Senior HR Specialist in HR documents workflow, back-up in the payroll process Internal communication and events organization: prepare drafts of internal communications materials under managers supervision, translation on request, support in preparation of presentations, corporate event coordination REQUIREMENTS: University degree (last year students are also welcomed) Desire to learn and grow as HR professional MS Office knowledge (especially Power point), 1C8 (preferable) English Upper-intermediate Excellent communication skill (both verbal and written), Presentation and negotiation skills Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with all levels within the company Company offers: Competitive salary level, possibility to develop professional skills The Company is located around 25 minutes from Metro station Lisova (corporate transfer from Lisova metro station and Odeska Square (through Pozniaky metro station)
