Responsibilities (non-concluding): Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans to achieve expected sale targets Develop relationships and negotiate contracts with hosts and real estate agents Educate potential customers to the benefits of GuestReady Identify and reporting on business opportunities in target markets Research and analyze sales options Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs and networking events Identifying service improvements or new service by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors Requirements: Fluent in English (verbal & written) Arabic is a plus Must have a car and driving license Strong analytical skills, identify gaps/opportunities A people person, comfortable interacting with casual hosts and ultra high end professional alike Self-driven, self-motivated, proactive - a hustler!
