With our current installed basis and growing business for Vapour Control Systems in the EMEA territory we need to provide timely and professional Aftermarket support to meet the expectations of our customers. As such JZHC seek a Field Service Technician to be based in Antwerp, Belgium or Dudelange, Luxembourg to serve our Storage Terminal and Refinery customers. The Field Service Technician/Engineer will have the responsibility to provide professional technical support and build sound relationships with maintenance and operational personnel, with a focus on our customers in the Benelux area. A Day In The Life Typically Includes: As the main technical contact for the Benelux area, you will be responsible for ensuring high operational availability and efficiency of JZHC systems (VRU/VCU/CATOX/FGRS) supplied to our customer in the Storage Terminal and Refinery business. To achieve this objective, technical site experience, basic process knowledge, problem solving ambition and commercial skills will be your best tools to ensure customer satisfaction and meeting JZHC goals of being a world-class supplier of choice. To ensure a high level of reliability and availability of supplied JZHC Vapour Control equipment you will be responsible to ensure minimal equipment down-time through preventive maintenance visits, diagnose problems, perform and/or supervise repairs, implement upgrades and improvements. As key contact point, you will ensure liaison between our operational teams (sales, engineering, production…) and our customers to support their business activity. What You Will Need?: Engineering/technical degree or experience in controls & instrumentation. Experience in service/start-up of industrial process units. Good knowledge of controls (PLC, MCC) and instrumentation. Good communication skills. Fluent in English, Flemish/Dutch and French. An ambition to resolve problems and contribute to constant improvement. Readiness to travel up to 70% of the time What Will Put You Ahead? Experience in service on Vapor Controls systems (Recovery and Combustion Units), Thermal Oxidizers, Catalytic Oxidizer systems or Flare Gas Recovery Systems. Past experience in rotating equipment or compression system. Good knowledge of process engineering. Fluency in additional languages would be an asset.
