Roles & Responsibilities Report daily manpower to site management personnel Do random check on validity of workers work permit while entering the worksite Ensure workers entering the worksite wears safety helmet and safety shoes before allowing him to enter the worksite Liaise with traffic controller for vehicle movement at site main entrance Daily record visitor record book / vehicle numbers entering and exiting the worksite Check workers bag when the worker is leaving the worksite Occasionally patrol the site and report any suspicious person, events or objects to safety officer Report any authority site visit to safety officer Inform safety officer if any person is found to be suspicious Report to safety officer if any suspicious bags or objects left at the site entrance Report to safety officer any fight among workers / unruly behaviour / bringing in illegal objects / materials Report to safety officer if facial recognition is out of order Report to safety officer if any other security related issues Report any incident or accident to safety officer Any other security and health related duties assigned by site management personnel
