We are currently looking for an IT Help Desk Associate to join our team in Calgary, AB. The IT Help Desk Associate, located in Calgary, AB, maintains ongoing day-to-day technical support of GroupSource LP and the GroupHealth Family of Companies (FoC) clients and business users. Reporting directly to the Director, IT Infrastructure and working with the rest of the infrastructure team to providing uniform solutions across the board. Working alongside supporting business managers, project managers and the likes to design, implement, adjust and update existing and new technologies that will aid in GroupSource and GroupHealth FoC vision and goals. Outcomes: Work with Director, IT Infrastructure on Microsoft 365 migration project Work with colleagues in expanding Infrastructure presence in cloud environments Complete roll-out of network and telephony consolidation projects Responsibilities: Maintain, manage and prioritize Help Desk queues and tasks Provide 1st level support to on and off-site employees Assisting in management, planning, implementing and maintaining corporate technology infrastructure Assisting in managing, planning, implementing and maintaining Network, Security and Backup strategies. Management of mobile devices and support Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution Occasional evening and weekend and travel required when necessary Education and Experience: Certificate or Diploma in a related field or equivalent industry experience 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role as a tier 1/2/3 support Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 Experience with Office 365 Administration (tenant, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) Experience with Virtualization technologies in a live production environment; including public cloud. Experience with VOIP networks specifically Cisco Experience with Active Directory (including Azure AD), Intune, Group Policy.
