At Gregory Distribution Ltd, as a result of continued growth, we have a vacancy for a HR Advisor based at our Cullompton Depot. The position will involve: Work as a team to provide a professional and helpful service to all employees and managers. Responsibility for a comprehensive HR service across an allocated region or business. Manage your own portfolio of cases and projects. Signpost and transfer employees to other HR services where appropriate (i.e. Recruitment, HR Admin, Payroll, etc.). Have a proactive and collaborative approach, working with other HR colleagues to ensure timely and professional delivery. Manage employee relation cases and projects as appropriate. Scope of cases can include Disciplinary, Grievance, Employment Tribunals, absence management, AWOL, company initiatives, annual events including salary review and PDR support, etc. Scope of projects can include mobilisation, demobilisation, changes to T&Cs, redundancy, TUPE, etc. Review key learning points from cases/projects and share learning with the wider HR community to support changes, improvements and learning activity. Act as a first line support to managers for advice and guidance. Interpret HR policies, procedures, processes and tools in order to provide high quality advice and support to our people. Deliver training, coaching and upskilling line managers in performance management including developing and delivering HR Masterclasses. Identify areas for continuous improvement. Work closely with the business to deliver HR solutions to support business performance and objectives. Support HR Projects as and when required. Produce and maintain HR KPIs and any other HR Management Information (HRMI) reporting when required. Prepares new, and revises existing HR Policy, Procedure and associated documentation including forms, employee guidelines and manager guidelines. Lead on Industrial Relations with recognised Trade Unions by facilitating and supporting manager led engagement at Joint Consultation Committees and pay talks. Support other members of the team in dealing with Trade Union matters as well as developing their own knowledge and experience.
