Job Responsibilities: As a full-time Entry-Level Business Development Representative, you'll be trained in all of Green Star’s products and be able to quickly deliver and present themselves to prospective homeowners. The training will foster and enhance communication skills, negotiation tactics, and strategic planning. This position involves face to face lead generation of Green Star’s services to new business prospects. This position is also the ideal foundation for movement into all other divisions of our business. Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:30/8:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Salary: $40,000.00 to $75,000.00 /year- First-year average (Includes base plus bonus) Unlimited earning potential Benefits: Full benefits (Health, Dental, and Vision) 401(k) Gym membership reimbursement Paid Vacation and Sick Time Paid Training Fun team-building exercises Career growth opportunity Performance-based rewards, such as trips and sporting event tickets.
