Specific duties include, but are not limited to: Sales: Responding intelligently to inbound customer inquiries (emails and phone calls) Preparing advertising quotes Actively prospecting new clients to grow business and attain monthly targets Maintaining detailed customer records Providing excellent customer service to all clients Earning Marketing Strategy trusted adviser status with our customers Accounts Receivable: Set up payment plans with each customer Follow up on outstanding invoices Process recurring transactions Other: Assisting with coordination of community magazine deliveries The Ideal Candidate is: Positive, enthusiastic, intuitive and reliable Honest and hard working Looking to build their career in sales and marketing Team oriented and wants to be a part of our team focused culture Excited to learn and broaden their perspective Committed to personal and professional growth Professional and courteous Interested in the marketing industry Requirements Include: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Problem solving skills, and be able to process information quickly Experience in a deadline-driven environment Please review our website (www.greatnewsmedia.ca) to get a better understanding of what we do.
