Who we want Working with our Head Chef, you will be an energetic and highly organised person with hospitality experience. You understand that quality food and dining with dignity are among the most important aspects of day-to-day enjoyment of life for seniors in aged care. You will care about our diners, maintain top customer service, be professionally presented and adhere to policies and procedures such as infection control. A strong knowledge of Work Health & Safety will be highly regarded, along with good kitchen hand experience. The role requires a good level of physical fitness and knowledge of food handling/service and preparation.
