We believe that learning from failing should be celebrated, not berated. Job Description We're looking for Marketing Manager to join our team to help change the way people do estate planning. You'll be primarily responsible for growing our small marketing effort into a comprehensive marketing funnel, including a multiple channels of aqusition covering CPC, remarketing and various channel partners. You'll be an indispensable part of team, by working very closely with our co founders, you'll be directly contributing to product direction and building a team culture. We want to expand our marketing effort rapidly and want you to be at the centre of growing and nurturing how we do it. This is an amazing opportunity to take ownership of a marketing push, defining how it evolves, and how we can can scale our users, team and product. What we need You will have a background of working and leading a marketing team / campaigns, building trust across a team and continually evolving and improving standards and processes. You are a strong marketeer, being able to spot new opportunities and rein in the things that are not working. You have an experimental mindset but your decisions are grounded in reality, working with the resources you have, applying them for maximum reward. You will have worked with multiple campaigns, across all the different digital channels, worked with and built relationships with affiliates and influencers. You have been responsible for large budgets and faced with having to determine where and how budget is spent to learn the most about your market. You have also worked with multi disciplinary teams before, working with designers, developers, marketeers, customer support and sales staff. You communicate problems at high level and can effectively convey your assumptions, issues and progress to others well and honestly. Requirements Competitor analysis Inbound lead generation... PPC, SEO KPI measurement and reporting. building and monitoring (google studio), delivering regular actionable insights to rest of the team. Customer journey / user behaviour analysis / insights for all aspects of Plover keyword research, research of new markets / countries. identifying opportunities. customer support, online chat, email support. building customer support content / quick replies / articles creating article content. knowledge base articles. identifying priority subject matter / keywords blog posts. identifying keywords to target, and publish content for them. external content, for newspapers, blogs etc. also identifying what domains to prioritise. managing the relationship with these external parties. building relationships with partners, such as charities sometimes leading BD with new partners Nice to have design marketing content, such as instagram posts, ads, display ads. social marketing experience community building figma / sketch experience html, js data science interest Benefits A team of experienced professionals, ready to share their knowledge and skills.
