As a Membership Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in growing the Goodlife tribe by providing personalised service and introducing new members to the equipment, support and facilities that we offer. You will be required to actively seek and generate new leads - sometimes thinking outside of the box to inspire your passion for fitness in customers. Your ability to connect with people to share your love for health and fitness, and introduce them to Australia's best fitness experience, is essential. Our priorities centre around our Vibe Tribe functioning as a well-oiled machine, by fostering the best people and supporting them to achieve their full potential. We are committed to providing all members of our Vibe Tribe with ongoing training and support to develop their customer service and sales skills. Your hard work will be rewarded with competitive remuneration, which includes a realistic OTE of $45,000 - $60,000 comprised of base salary, uncapped commissions + super. You will also have a FREE all club access (24/7) gym membership, in addition to VIBE Rewards - Goodlife's awesome reward and recognition program. We currently have multiple positions available for clubs in the northern suburbs of Perth.
