About the Role: We are currently looking for a competitive & self-driven sales professional to expand & complement our existing team - focusing on the sales of Commercial Bulk Liquid Waste, Grease Trap Waste & Portable Toilet hire/sales. Key Aspects Include: - Identify new business and generate own sales leads via cold calling & in person sales across the SE QLD region - Encourage repeat business through excellent customer service and client relationship management - Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored waste management solutions - Ensure effective communication between the Sales Team and the Operations Team to ensure client satisfaction from arrival to departure - Maintain professionalism and a friendly and approachable demeanour - Set pricing, as well as maintain and coordinate customer quotations or provide necessary information Benefits and Perks: - Company Vehicle - Laptop - Mobile Phone - Monday-Friday Work Week - Competitive Salary Skills and Experience: - Significant experience and capability in self generation of leads and cold calling - Ability to convert enquiries into sales - Outstanding negotiation skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to source and complete tender applications - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to function well under pressure - Ability to think quickly and problem solve in a fast-paced environment - Strong work ethic with a positive, proactive can-do attitude - Exceptional organisational, time management and people skills with the ability to work cross-functionally when required - Knowledge of the SE QLD Area (Southern Gold Coast to Northern Brisbane) will be a great advantage - Previous experience in this role or the waste industry would be advantageous Additional Information: - This role may require you to work outside of standard business operating hours. - To be successful in this role you will be a mature, professional, energetic, enthusiastic, team player with a competitive spirit, and a passion and drive for executing sales and exceeding targets.
