Are you currently in Customer Service and want to advance your career? We are looking for people with good Customer Service skills to receive calls from travelers, identify their needs and propose the right products to make sure that they get the proper protection. You will also have to complete the clients’ requests and process the transactions. Here are some of the responsibilities you will have: Assess the needs of the client and apply sound judgment when reviewing, modifying, and adding coverage to policies, while providing protection guidance and advice to the client as required. Provide claim counseling and assistance to the client within company guidelines. Maintain and apply a complete understanding of the insurers’ underwriting guidelines. Document all details of client requests and conversations in the appropriate system, using the applicable templates. Handle customers’ personal information in a professional and compassionate manner.
