Obiettivi di questo ruolo: · controllo e collaudo dei Connettori elettrici / Cablaggi elettrici in riferimento alle SPC Cliente o Interne · registrare record di collaudo su Format o Report · compilare e gestire Non Conformità ed Azioni Correttive/Preventive (Failure Analysis) · redigere Test Report in accordo alle norme di riferimento ed alle procedure interne · lavorare in Team con Design ed Harnessing per la realizzazione di fixture di collaudo · utilizzo di strumenti di misura elettrici (anche ad alta tensione) e meccanici per il Collaudo · programmare strumenti di misura per test elettrici · relazionarsi con Operatori dell’assemblaggio e del reparto cablaggi per garantire la qualità del prodotto. Formazione, esperienza e abilità: · diploma di Perito Elettronico · utilizzo dei principali strumenti per test elettrici · competenze di lingua inglese orale e scritta · capacità di redigere report e procedure · eccellente capacità comunicativa scritta e verbale · atteggiamento proattivo per il raggiungimento dell’obiettivo richiesto · abilità nell’organizzazione del lavoro · esperienza nell'uso del personal computer e dei suoi programmi principali · capacità di lavorare in Team. Job description: · inspection of Electric Connectors/Electric Harnesses as required by the technical specifications laid down internally or by the clients. · record of the Inspection Tests with Reports or Formats · report and Management of Non-Compliances and Preventive/Corrective Actions (Failure Analysis) · write Test Reports according to regulations and internal procedures · Test fixtures/equipment implementation working in team with Designing and Harnessing Departments · use instruments for mechanical and electrical measurements (Low Voltage and High Voltage) · program the software for automatic electric test equipment · Team Work with Assembly and Harnessing Departments in order to guarantee the quality of the products. Training, experience and skills: · Electronic Technician Degree · use of the main electrical test instruments · oral and written English language skills · ability to draft Reports and Procedures · excellent written and verbal communication skills · proactive attitude to achieve the required goal · organizing work · experience in the use of the personal computer and its main programs · work in a team.
