Job Summary. Responsible for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems. Ensure minimum unplanned downtime while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company. Education and Professional Experience Bachelor’s degree/diploma certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related course Knowledge and Skills Requirements Considerable knowledge of the principles, operation and technical specifications of mechanical and electrical equipment used in the industry. Knowledgeable and skillful on the standard methods, principles, practices, tools and equipments of the maintenance trade. Comprehensive/standard/basic knowledge in the electrical and mechanical maintenance trade. Ability to plan, design projects, and works from sketches, blue prints, manuals. Ability to monitor and evaluate programs and organizational performance in order to assess efficiency and effectiveness. Strong leadership skills. Computer literate and proficient with the basic office computer software. Knowledge and skill in pneumatics and hydraulic trade. 5 – 10 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in the field of Plastic Industry. Experience and knowledgeable with the repair and maintenance of various processing equipment used in plastic packaging industry. Job Type: Full-time
