Production Manager – Your future position? As a Production Manager in our Flavours division, you will Manage and coordinate the production of intermediate or finished flavour products ensuring that all materials are produced and packaged on time and compliant to the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practices and safety standards. Production Management: You will control production of flavours, material flow, and inventory to achieve cost and quality targets and production schedules of the assigned production line(s). You will develop and optimize production processes and overall organization on basis of LEAN methods. You will obtain functions and enhance machinery and equipment in collaboration with the engineering department. You will identify and solve independently process and product related problems. You will define and implement necessary investments. You will work in close collaboration with other operative departments. People Management: You will oversee development of high performing work teams within department through coaching, training and engaging team members through effective cascading of goals, visual performance boards and performance management and ongoing com-munications of factory changes and performance. Then come join us – and impact your world. Your Professional Profile includes: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related discipline. National Diploma in Food, Chemicals or Technical fields 4 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations with strong background in supply chain, quality and/or materials management. At least 2 years of progressive experience in people management. Expertise in world class manufacturing concepts (LEAN/ CI Techniques). Expertise in product industrialization. Expertise in change management. Strong understanding of business process/system redesign. Strong understanding of financial concepts (e.g. OPEX, CAPEX). Understanding of ISO, FSCC, Food Safety (HACCP, AIB or equivalent), GHP and GMP requirements, EHS.
