Learn more at www.getecha.com. __ Responsibilities Install, upgrade, support, hardening and troubleshooting of various applications such as Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office and Outlook Address hardware and application support queries/issues which are reported to the support desk Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software Use tools and methodologies to load copy and customize operating system configurations for deployments Responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory Provide training and instruction to staff and clients on basic software, hardware and peripheral device operation Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues within the desktop environment Escalate issues and involve experts when necessary to resolve issues Requirements Diploma/ Degree in IT or computer systems related disciplines Preferably a minimum experience of 2 years in Desktop Support Experience in automation company or healthcare industry will be an added advantage Job Type: Full-time Experience: Desktop Support: 1 year (Preferred)
