Our aim is to be 'the best people to work with'. Georgiou are currently seeking an experienced Communications Coordinator to join our team. This position can be fulfilled in either our Sydney or Perth office. Reporting to the Communications Manager, this position will focus on informing and educating staff within Georgiou through effective internal communication tools. This position aims to increase morale and maintain a positive culture across all offices and project sites in Australia. What we are seeking: Previous experience in a similar role Proficient knowledge and experience in social media forums Bachelor's degree in Communications/Public Relations Experience in Adobe Suite of Programs – Indesign and Photoshop, Wordpress and other CMS platforms is desirable An excellent communicator with a real eye for detail An innovative and creative thinker Your key responsibilities will include: Ensure the Georgiou brand remains consistent across all platforms and identify opportunities to improve company reach and awareness Contribute to the sharing of knowledge and information by producing quality internal communications and providing new ideas of how to engage employees Seek out up-to-date stories and produce daily Intranet stories and weekly electronic newsletters for staff consumption Liaise with employees at all levels of the company to identify opportunities and/or requirements for new/updated marketing collateral Provide analytics across all internal communications tools to measure effectiveness, reach and engagement Work with the Communications Manager to develop a plan for the execution of the company’s Annual Review Assisting with events management, graphic design and the creation of industry awards What we can offer: Competitive salary package Paid parental leave Flexible work arrangements available Growing business with exciting career development opportunities Family owned business with family driven values The opportunity to work with a diverse and engaged group of people Please visit our website for more information www.georgiou.com.au and apply via the link or through our website.
