We are looking for 2 PM for one of our client. PM as described below Projects being like: Backoffice replacement (DB migration, systems upgrade, applications rebuild & upgrade, numerous internal, external and international stakeholders) website Delphi compiler upgrade (=Dev team follow up) API extensions (multiple scenarios) PM as described below + general accounting and financial skills IT PM, under the Business Program Manager in the Program Harmony S/4HANA (new SAP) Will be responsible to adapt existing IT components (applications, sites, interfaces) to ensure proper functioning during and after the implementation of SAP S4/HANA. Key activities: Alignment between SAP teams and IT architecture/DevOps. Impact analysis and transformation of IT components. Job Description Responsible to manage complex and mid-size projects, to steer the development teams throughout the different departments. Responsible to ensure that the business or technical projects are delivered on -time, on- scope and on-budget through the use of the client methodology while ensuring continuous alignment between the various stakeholders (within impacted teams) with many stakeholders in different business units. Required Responsibilities To ensure that the needs of the internal clients are taken into account and that the business/technical solutions are delivered in line with the agreed requirements. To challenge requested scope changes and this during the duration of the project. To define together with all involved parties the needed project budget. To challenge the various parties involved ensuring delivery within agreed timeframe. To avoid problems by identifying pro-active risks/issues and initiating timely the appropriate actions. To escalate timely project problems to line management and /or project stakeholders ensuring they can still take appropriate action within their organisation. To liaise on a continuous basis with management from the impacted departments avoiding surprises by ensuring they are "at any time" fully aware of the project status. To provide day-to-day management and coaching of one or more virtual teams. Degree & Experience Minimum 5 years proven experience as dedicated Project Manager in complex environments Proven successful management for multiple End-To-End major business/technical projects involving IT development Technical skills Familiar with Project Management methodologies PMI, Prince 2, Agile Experience with frequent interactions with top management Previous experience with working close with developers, Scrum masters and product owners Translate business needs into technical analysis and user stories for development teams Ability to understand and conduct and challenge technical discussions in the scope of the project Attitudes/Behaviour Proven leadership skills to manage effectively virtual project teams & multiple stakeholders in senior management positions, both business and technical Dealing with uncertainty and able to show expected composure in a continuous changing environment Dealing with ambiguity and conflict management Autonomy Initiative taker Result driven Solution oriented All-round, able to manage all types of projects, business and technical Languages English French Dutch & German (nice to have) If you are interested in this opportunity as an employee or freelance specialist, feel free to contact us via the button below and join Genesis Consult today !
