Role Be the first person of contact for the company to the trade and the trade to the company Deliver Volume and Value objectives Manage Sales Team to ensure they are equipped with the right tools to deliver company objectives Manage accounts for Sales, Promotions, Collections, and Development Responsibilities Ensure achievement of Annual sales targets Ensure achievement of distribution and range targets Coordinate with other departments to ensure stock availability Develop Key accounts through review, distribution, and promotions Ensure Collections in line with agreed norms Develop, maintain and review relations with Key Accounts Ensure compliance of sales systems and processes Lead team of Van salesmen to achieve daily objectives Promotion Planning and Execution Periodic Reviews with Assigned key accounts on business situations and plans Listing of products with Key Account Negotiation of Terms of Trade with assigned key accounts Manage Category of products within the assigned Key accounts. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED9,000.00 to AED9,500.00 /month Experience: Key Accounts: 3 years (Required) FMCG Sales: 2 years (Preferred) Education: Master's (Preferred) Location: Dubai (Required) License: Driver's License (Required) Language: English (Required)
