Roles & Responsibilities Establishes existing, new and services accounts by identifying potential project, customers, planning, organising sales and service activities. Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand services requirements. Manage key customers. Build and maintain relationship with existing clients and identify new sales opportunities Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans and related customer documents, consulting with Engineers, and other professionals and technical personnel. Submits and liaise orders by conferring with internal or external technical support staff, costing engineering changes and subcon activities. Respond to sales inquiries and generate quotations promptly according to requirements Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends Develop long term sales plans for key customers and able to adapt new sales activities Strong interpersonal and communication skills
