We are currently looking to hire a Treasury System Consultant (or Client Support Analyst) to join our growing global team as we disrupt the corporate treasury and banking industries with our technological innovations. The role will act as the front-line support, helping to bring problems to resolution in a quick and professional manner. You will also work with other teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions to the clients. The role will provide you with unparalleled insights into the financial risk management practices of the region’s leading companies and will be focused on the practical application of your finance and treasury knowledge. About the Role: Act as Tier 1 support and issue owner for all client related issues. Monitor incoming support queue through logging system, phones, and emails. Efficiently and competently troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Work with teams of Account Managers, Product Owners, Solution Analysts and DevOps Engineers if issues are complicated and require internal resources in order to resolve. Perform financial risk analysis including risk and hedge accounting. Scope and test new software developments. Pursue a program of self-development through the use of selected reading, seminars, as well as participation in continuing education. Who we are looking for: You will be a proven team player with excellent communication skills and at least two years’ experience working in a related role. Some knowledge of financial markets (Interest Rates, FX and possibly commodities) and derivative hedging products is desirable. Appropriate tertiary qualifications. Organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and proven success working directly with clients.
