We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can develop and enhance our brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between the public and the company. Job Description: Development of brand awareness and online reputation Content management (including website) SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic Reputation management Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads) Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content (ie: employee training, recognition and rewards for participation in the company’s marketing and online review building). Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising. Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns. Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing) Develop social media campaigns that help to achieve organizational goals around recruitment of new talent and retention of staff Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams Closely monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users The successful candidate will also be required to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 2-3 years’ experience in social media management Exceptional multi-tasking skills Strong creating, out of the box thinking and problem-solving skills Additional Position Requirements: A background investigation and drug test is required.
