Description Nottingham Academy is looking to recruit a part time Administrator to support with general office duties. About the role: This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference to their community. As an Administrator you can expect to support the office team in a range of administrative and clerical duties. You will deal with incoming and outgoing communications, handle queries, compile data and create and maintain databases and other computerised systems. School based management system experience desirable. About Us The Nottingham Academy, part of the Greenwood Academies Trust (GAT) is one of the largest 3-19 schools in the country, with its own nursery, primary, secondary and sixth form provision. We pride ourselves on having an outstanding staff team, committed to providing the best for every child. Our impressive new buildings provide an excellent learning environment for our younger Academy pupils. The most recent Ofsted in November 2015 judged the academy consistently ‘Good’ and commented that despite its increasing size, it feels calm and orderly and has an atmosphere focused on learning. In return: The academy is part of the Greenwood Academies Trust (GAT) which is a not for profit educational charity, committed to improving the outcomes for its pupils. All GAT employees receive bespoke CPD offerings from the Learning Alliance, opportunity for career progression, generous holiday allowance and access to a competitive pension scheme. You will be required to work 20 hours per week, 1pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday, term time only (39 weeks), this is reflected in the pro-rata salary.
