Job Summary The hotel General Manager (GM) is the person ultimately responsible for a hotel's performance. We are currently looking for a person with outstanding, management skills and extensive hands-on experience. Prepare, review and assess monthly or periodic financial statements Develop strategies for organizing, staffing, planning and executing functionalities Provide training for hotel staff in delivering care that meets the best standards and practices Develop day-to-day operations and functions of a hotel ensuring total guest satisfaction Maintain and manage hotel equipment, infrastructure, inventories and other facilities efficiently Oversee the operations functions of the hotel, as per the Organizational chart Hold regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments Ensure full compliance to Hotel operating controls, SOP's, policies, procedures and service standards Lead all key property issues including capital projects, customer service and refurbishment Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures Design strategies to ensure total guest satisfaction Develop an annual business plan Ensure highest standards of professional services to customers Initiate cost effective controls and revenue management techniques The candidate will be responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotel's annual operating budget, marketing & sales plan and capital budget Required Candidate profile Must have at least 3-5 years of experience working at Managerial position Must have good communication skills The candidate should have knowledge of Hotel operations He/she must be good at general management, policy making Interested candidates can call us at 7278369751 Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹40,000.00 to ₹50,000.00 /month Experience: work: 1 year (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Industry: Hospitality & Tourism
