Projects: Huge variety of projects including the following: Healthcare developments (€200m+) Multiple 3rd Level education buildings €15-20m extensions to commercial developments worth in excess of €80m Numerous projects that are time critical which will demand strong technical engineering knowledge allied with a proven track record in project delivery on site. Sample Responsibilities: Estimating & Cost Control Project reports, project planning & management Designing & reviewing design work of junior engineers Compilation of specifications for mechanical services & installations. Liaising with architects, clients & other stakeholders to set the constraints of the mechanical design & co-ordinate with all other disciplines regarding mechanical requirements Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering Senior Mechanical Engineer with 6+ years’ post graduate design experience Experience in leading design teams Chartered or close to achieving chartership. Experience in Healthcare projects a distinct advantage In-depth knowledge of healthcare standards & regulations Expert in design software; Revit experience an advantage Experience in the design of the main Building Services Mechanical systems such as HVAC, public health, medical gas, pneumatic tube, steam etc. Must have fluent English.
