Roles & Responsibilities Respobsibilities: - Troubleshoot and provide technical support to users on hardware peripherals, software, networks, servers and business applications Setting up computer hardware peripherals and performing server installations, administration and maintenance when required Ensure all hardware peripherals are updated/ installed with latest security patches/ antivirus to prevent security risks Hardware and software inventory upkeep to ensure inventory accuracy Performing and monitoring daily data backup Liaising with external parties on IT issues and purchases Any other duties as assigned Requirements: - Min 2 years of experience in related field Min.
