Must be able to work in a challenging & diverse environment, with an eye for design and an inclination for organization. 3+ years experience in merchandising and design Proficient in English to liaise with clients in America, Europe, Mexico & with colleagues of varying nationalities Ability to follow up with trim suppliers, fabric suppliers & factories, ensuring a good record of communication is maintained Fabric Sourcing - following up with suppliers to find counters of fabric requested, along with latest trends in fabric innovation to present to buyers (established and new) Create internal collection for US/Europe trip - research apparel trends and execute designs and samples for the following seasons Follow up with sample room & pattern markers to ensure buyer-commissioned samples are being executed effectively and thoroughly
