Job Summary The Site IT Manager will be the main point of contact for site leadership teams, responsible for maintaining and representing IT at our operational sites. The primary goal is to identify and quantify local site IT demands, assess against Global Standards, in-flight projects via the IT Operating model and where appropriate are empowered to drive the change. Act as an account manager for IT, ensuring that Central IT Functions deliver IT services in line with agreed Service Level Agreements. The site IT Manager will also provide local IT employees the necessary support recognizing that we are operating in a geographically diverse organization. Job Responsibilities Drives Global IT standards and adherence to policies and procedures (Don’t Walk By IT) Supports Global / Regional IT operations Supports Annual IT Budget process and the day to day management of site IT costs Oversees Management of IT services within a site or site cluster Ensuring the IT function is efficient and customer service oriented Ensures compliance with IT security requirements within the sites of responsibility Support IT employees based on site with Pastoral care (Facilities, Health Safety and Wellbeing etc.) Ensure all IT staff based at responsible sites fully comply with local site rules and regulations i.e. EHS, Security etc. Operate as an advocate and champion for employee engagement within the IT function Performs other related duties as assigned by Management Act as the IT Point of Contact for site visits from Regulatory/Audit bodies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or in lieu of a degree 15 years of experience will be considered. Minimum 10 years’ working with IT systems in a manufacturing environment. Minimum 10 years’ experience leading people and get results in a matrix environment Minimum 10 years’ experience managing and functioning in a multiple reporting relationship structure Open to travel U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance and site SSA requirements Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in people and project management Ability to work directly with management in a fast paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong problem solving and project management skills Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and oral communication skills in the English language Excellent organizational and planning skills Professionalism and flexibility Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications Ability to work effectively in a team / Matrix environment – to effectively listen, challenge and communicate Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative, including performance of duties exercising independent judgement Diversity and Inclusion As a global engineering company, innovation is what differentiates us from our competitors and is central to our success.
