My client specialises in the installation and maintenance of electronic security systems. Their head office is in Galway and the company operates nationwide. They are a customer focused organisation dedicated to providing the highest level of support to their customers. All staff are fully trained in the installation servicing and maintenance of Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control systems. The Role: Due to ongoing expansion, the company are seeking an Electronic Security Technicians to join the existing team. The main function of this role will the installation, servicing and maintenance of Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control systems. This is a long-term career opportunity for a competent candidate with the required skills, attitude and experience. Benefits on Offer: Excellent salary Company vehicle provided Company Laptop and Phone provided Discretionary bonuses during the business year Primary Responsibilities: Ensuring that all alarm installations are undertaken in a professional and timely manner Ensuring that all servicing and maintenance is carried out as required, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction at all times Demonstration and Needs Analysis/Fault Finding of all security systems in the company portfolio Ensure compliance at all times with H&S regulations Undertaking technical training required on new or upgraded systems Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the installation, maintenance and servicing of alarms Prior experience as an Electrician looked favorable upon Excellent communications skills with strong customer focus, dealing with both new and existing clients Good IT skills Full clean drivers licence
