In the future-oriented field of Corporate Sustainability and as part of Global Human Resources, we are initiating the development and implementation of new digital tools that will help us to report on the performance of our international teams within the area of Sustainability. We are looking for an expert in digital data management with a passion for environmental and social responsibility. This is a newly created position that will support both our strategy on digitalization but also our passion to lead in the area of sustainable healthcare. This position reports to the Global Head of Sustainability. In this role you will be required to: Define configuration of the digital platform to support sustainability reporting Manage technical development projects and implementation of the roadmap of digital applications Manage rollout planning and implementation management (communication, training of users, etc.) Drive and deliver data analysis to Head of Sustainability and the Getinge Board of Directors Drive data structure and quality Contribute to the enhancement of governance in sustainability Interface to local sustainability managers in sites and corporate functions Communicate to stakeholders on all levels of the organization Interface to external agencies and implementers We are looking for someone who has: IT Project Management skills to include requirement gathering and design, configuration management, etc. Data analytics skills, including the definition of data structure and quality Experience (3 yrs+) in stakeholder management & project management Understanding of sustainability in a corporate context of environmental, social and economic targets & challenges Knowledge of reporting standards and requirements in sustainability (UN Global Compact, SDG, GRI, CDP, Ecovadis) Strong team player and result orientation Excellent communication skills Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders internationally and across business lines English language (must have), Swedish/German (optional) Enjoys working in a dynamic environment where things can change quickly We look forward to receiving your application and sharing our passion and belief that saving lives is the greatest job in the world.
