Responsibilities and Duties Primary and secondary research for suitable candidates on Web and in Internal Database Keywords and search strings methods for finding a suitable candidate on Web and in Internal Database Company mapping/ Tracking the global O&G population Researching the trends around operations and salaries. Data Mining on the internal tool – ATS, Data analysis and web mining (various online portals) Extracting the contact numbers, email ids, company information etc. of the people by a lot of Passive Searching using networking sites, forums, own networking, groups, associations, references etc. Networking with O&G people and extracting information about the market and its drivers. Review each profile. Tag them on respective relevant roles.
