The marketing person will manage the day to day marketing activities of the organization and long-term marketing strategy for the company. He/She will work directly with our CEO & CMO on different topics and he/she will be focused on: Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door Deliver focused content marketing plans, which drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue through content, social channels and sales collateral Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities Overseeing the company’s marketing budget Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans Planning and implementing promotional campaigns Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing Creating a wide range of different marketing materials Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field PPT, Social Media advanced user skills Strong Story Telling and Presentation skills 1-2 years of experience in Marketing Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Strong analytical and project management skills Creative and proactive mindset Confident and dynamic personality Excellent communication skills High attention to detail Ability to work within a team environment as well as own initiative Fluent on English language (native English is a plus) Arabic language knowledge is a plus
