Roles & Responsibilities Job Description * Lead & Support Decanter team activities in Changi Water Reclamation Plant. Routine maintenance/overhaul/repairs of all Decanters and its auxiliaries as per the contract. Rectify day to day issues and lessen the downtime of machines. Service/maintenance/overhaul of all ancillary equipment (Auma valves, Sludge pumps system, Sump pumps, polymer pumps system, polymer delivery system, sludge pipeline system, screw conveyors etc.) Prepare Service, maintenance reports. Knowledge in motor shaft balancing would be an advantage. Job Requirements Qualification: Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering. Skills/Experiences/Personal Strengths: Strong mechanical/repair skills with minimum 5 years of working experience with Decanters Sound knowledge on Decanter process flow and functioning. Good troubleshooting skills Basic electrical knowledge is an added advantage. Customer interaction is essential. Good team leader Good oral, written in the English language are essential. Good computer skills with working knowledge/experience in MS Word, Excel Personal Profile Profile/Attitude/Character: Needs to be an independent self-starter with the ability to deal with client issues and to represent the Company's interests with clients in a professional manner. Independent, highly motivated and open-minded. A team player with strong interpersonal skills. Able to communicate/deal professionally with both internal and external clients.
