The role of a Graduate Recruitment will include… Managing the recruitment cycle from A to Z - Building a high level client network of some of the brightest, most innovative people in the IT & Innovation market, working with cutting edge companies ranging from big corporate names to small family-run start-ups. Becoming a market and industry expert and demonstrating value to our customers by understanding, advising and delivering on their recruitment needs. Creating and managing high level candidate networks, becoming a trusted advisor to our candidates by supporting them throughout their applications, understanding their motivations and aspirations, and guiding them through the interview process. The ideal Candidate will… Have bubbly personality, great communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to build rapport with anyone and everyone, always! Work proactively, take the initiative, approach and overcome problems with a positive mind-set. Have exacting standards, be highly competitive with an appetite to be and work for the best, and seeking out opportunities to exceed expectations at every occasion. Work well under pressure, be results-focused, self-motivated and super ambitious. Be passionate about Technology and Engineering and willing to learn mooore!
