Job Description As a Manager (Facilities) under the Engineering department, you will be involved in the planning and coordination of all indoor and outdoor building repairs and refurbishment work. You will inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or improvements, and ensure that all buildings and structures comply with safety standards. You will also manage and coordinate all indoor cleansing works, including the supervision and managing of cleansing contractors, vendors and building term contractors. You will also oversee the management of waste disposal, as well as event and façade cleaning. You are expected to manage feedback and term contracts, which includes the preparation and calling of tenders for all service contracts. Job Requirements Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or relevant fields. Diploma holders with many years of relevant experience may also be considered for the position. 2 – 4 years’ proven experience as a Facilities Manager or relevant position Well-versed in technical/engineering/structure operations and facilities management best practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and leadership skills Good analytical and critical thinking skills Relevant professional qualification (e.g. WSQ Advanced Certificate) will be an advantage
