Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities / Duties Assist Construction Manager to lead the project team for the implementation and execution of works as according to planned schedule Involve in design, co-ordination and preparation of specification, submission and supervision of civil and structural works for projects. Ensure that works are executed and planned according to schedule. Assist Construction Manager in handling, coordinating and monitoring of project progress. Assist in tender related administration work when necessary. Managing groups of subcontractors; prepare Site progress report and the necessary project documentation that may include method statement. Validation (certification) of progress claim submitted by the subcontractor. Ensure prompt preparation and submission of progress claim including claim for variation and, if required provide justification of the claims. Qualifications: Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering recognized by PE Board. Experience: Min 8 years relevant working experience.
